It's good in a variety of ways like lowering cholesterol, improves digestion, they are high in fiber, can help prevent constipation, lower the risk of colon cancer, it is healthy fat content which helps to lower LDL and very rich in nutrients... why not get an avocado now? I know I needed one today. So today is the day I decided to take my decision seriously. This is something I've had in mind for quite some time. Giving up certain foods is never an easy thing to do, especially if you are a food lover, like me. I always like the idea of eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Not something I been doing lately but definitely something I had in mind. I told myself, you are what you eat. And me being me, I believe that, like actually really believe that. It makes sense, you eat junk food you're considered an unhealthy eater, please don't take it personally. Because that would be me, one day ago... I decided to maintain a healthy lifestyle and eat healthily. I added an avocado with my parsley rice and chicken dinner. That's me! I absolutely loved the taste I was getting it was so delighteful, literally. It's so rich and delicious I always wanted more. My decision was made, I am turning Lacto ovo vegetarian. What is that? A vegetarian who eats vegetables, dairy products, and eggs but does not eat meat. Today I took that for a test and I have to say, I absolutely love it! I feel good and proud of myself. No meat yes but I will be ok. My makeup is cruelty-free, right? I will keep that in mind. No harming animal is a good thing on my book. So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to say I am a Lacto ovo vegetarian now. I have made this decision by choice and it did take some time but it's better to be sure.
